apple sauce

ripe banana mashed (about ⅓ cup)

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
cinnamon

tablespoon
peanut butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Combine the oats, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl
In another bowl, mash your banana, add the apple sauce, yogurt, milk, peanut butter if using and whisk until well combined
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix with a spatula until well incorporated
Bake for 25 minutes until slightly golden brown
Serve with apple slices and drizzle with maple syrup
