For the Fish

Halibut filet

Tablespoons
Trader Joe's Taco Seasoning

Tablespoon
Avocado Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Mango Salsa

cup
cubed ripe mango
1
cup
diced tomatoes
¼
cup
white onion

tablespoon
chopped cilantro

tablespoon
lime juice
Coleslaw
1
cup
chopped red cabbage
1
tablespoon
light mayo
salt and pepper to taste
Corn Tortillas

pack of yellow corn tortillas
Instructions
Cook the Halibut
Rub the fish with the avocado oil and coat it with the taco seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste
Add the fish to a hot skillet to create nice crust. Cook the fish for about 6-7 minutes depending on how thick your fish filet is
Mango Salsa
Mix all ingredients, add some lime and salt.
Coleslaw
Mix the cabbage with the mayo, salt and pepper
Assemble the tacos by flaking the fish and topping it with coleslaw and mango salsa.
