Halibut Fish Tacos

Ingredients
  

For the Fish

  • 1 Halibut filet
  • 2 Tablespoons Trader Joe's Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Mango Salsa

  • 1 cup cubed ripe mango
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup white onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Coleslaw

  • 1 cup chopped red cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon light mayo
  • salt and pepper to taste

Corn Tortillas

  • 1 pack of yellow corn tortillas

Instructions
 

Cook the Halibut

  • Rub the fish with the avocado oil and coat it with the taco seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Add the fish to a hot skillet to create nice crust. Cook the fish for about 6-7 minutes depending on how thick your fish filet is

Mango Salsa

  • Mix all ingredients, add some lime and salt.

Coleslaw

  • Mix the cabbage with the mayo, salt and pepper
  • Assemble the tacos by flaking the fish and topping it with coleslaw and mango salsa.
