Ingredients
  

  • 6 Roma tomatoes diced
  • ½ Yellow onion diced
  • 2 Green onions chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Avocado oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a frying pan, add the oil and yellow onion and cook on medium heat until golden brown and fragrant

  • Add the tomatoes and cook over medium-low heat until simmers

  • Add the green onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes

  • When the sauce is thickening add the salt and pepper and remove from the heat.
