- 3 tomatoes
- ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- basil
Pre heat the oven at 350 Fahrenheit
Cut the tomatoes in ½ inch slices
Drizzle with olive oil and add a pinch of salt and pepper
Top with parmesan cheese and place in baking sheet
Bake at 350 Farenheit for 15 minutes until cheese is golden brown
Top with basil and enjoy
