Melt the white chocolate in a Bane-Marie or in the microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted
Melt the milk chocolate in a Bane-Marie or in the microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted
Dip the strawberries in the white chocolate, swirling them until almost fully coated
Place the strawberries on a plate lined with parchment paper
Let the chocolate set for a few minutes and add the dots of milk chocolate to create the eyes on the strawberry ghost
Serve and enjoy immediately
Notes
Make sure to wash and dry your strawberries very well. This makes the chocolate stick better.Use room temperature strawberries. If they are cold, there will be more condensation when you dip them in the chocolate thus making them soggy.If you need to store them, add a paper towel to the bottom of an air-tight container and place them in a single layer.Enjoy them ASAP to avoid soggy strawberries.
