Air Fryer Smashed Potatoes

These air fryer smashed potatoes are golden brown with crispy edges and fluffy inside. They are easy to make and delicious.

- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F
Wash and dry the potatoes.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and spray them with avocado oil.
Cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes or until they are tender and crispy.
Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and gently smash them with a plate.
Place the smashed potatoes back in the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serve with chimichurri or spicy mayo
