Green Chili Pork

Ingredients
  

  • 1 LBS Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 cups Salsa Verde I use mild
  • ½ Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Add salt and pepper to your pork tenderloin and sear it over in your instant pot using the saute mode. Set aside and do not rinse your pot.
  • in the same pot used for the pork, saute your onions in the olive oil until translucent for about 3 minutes
  • Add the garlic cloves and saute for 1 more minute until fragrant
  • add the salsa verde and the pork back to the pot
  • pressure cook on high for 15 minutes, allow a 5 minute natural release and then do a quick release
  • If your pork has too much liquid, use the saute mode to reduce it until it has the consistency you would like.
