Add salt and pepper to your pork tenderloin and sear it over in your instant pot using the saute mode. Set aside and do not rinse your pot.
in the same pot used for the pork, saute your onions in the olive oil until translucent for about 3 minutes
Add the garlic cloves and saute for 1 more minute until fragrant
add the salsa verde and the pork back to the pot
pressure cook on high for 15 minutes, allow a 5 minute natural release and then do a quick release
If your pork has too much liquid, use the saute mode to reduce it until it has the consistency you would like.
