Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup old fashioned oats
  • cup yogurt (plain)
  • cup apple sauce
  • 1 ripe banana mashed (about ⅓ cup)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Combine the oats, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl
  • In another bowl, mash your banana, add the apple sauce, yogurt, milk, peanut butter if using and whisk until well combined
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix with a spatula until well incorporated
  • Bake for 25 minutes until slightly golden brown
  • Serve with apple slices and drizzle with maple syrup
