Banana Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups Rolled oats (grounded into fine powder)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • cup xylitol (or sweetner of choice)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350°F
  • In a bowl, mash the bananas
  • Add the eggs and mix with a handmixer until combined
  • Add the oat flour, cinnamon, sweetner and baking powder and mix until the batter is well combined
  • fold in chocolate chips if using
  • pour batter into a bread baking dish
  • bake for 20 minutes until top is golden brown or insert a tootpick that should come clean once bread if fully baked
