ripe bananas
2
eggs

Rolled oats (grounded into fine powder)

teaspoon
baking powder
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
⅓
cup
xylitol (or sweetner of choice)
Instructions
Preheat oven at 350°F
In a bowl, mash the bananas
Add the eggs and mix with a handmixer until combined
Add the oat flour, cinnamon, sweetner and baking powder and mix until the batter is well combined
fold in chocolate chips if using
pour batter into a bread baking dish
bake for 20 minutes until top is golden brown or insert a tootpick that should come clean once bread if fully baked
