Ingredients
  

  • 8 OZ Brie
  • 2 Puff Pastry Sheets
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried cherries Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Pecans Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tablespoon milk
  • 1 Tablespoon brandy Optional

Instructions
 

  • Make the egg wash by whisking the egg and milk.
  • In a bowl mix the sugar, brandy, cherries and pecans.
  • Place the brie in a puff pastry sheet, leave about a 1 inch border and brush egg wash around the Brie.
  • Add the cherry and pecan mix on top and cover with the other puff pastry
  • Cut in a circle, press the edges and brush the top with the remaining egg wash.
  • Bake at 350 for about 18-20 minutes until the puff pastry is golden brown.
  • Let it rest for 15-20 minutes and enjoy
