Casual atmosphere, mixed with upscale a details, cozy and modern, all in one place, that’s what ZuZu at hotel Valley Ho offers and I couldn’t have loved it more.
Perfect for a girls night out or a date night, ZuZu offers a great variety of dishes, from the traditional filet mignon to the healthy yet delicious spaghetti squash.
Started off with the Zsa Zsa martini, a decadent combination of Godiva chocolate liquor, baileys, espresso and white chocolate shavings. Absolutely delicious, rich, sweet and balanced.
Chef Charles Wiley is the executive chef at ZuZu, his 40 years of experience in the industry are reflected in ZuZu’s well crafted menu with food options for everyone.
For an entree I went for the filet mignon and the classic asparagus and mashed potatoes sides. It was cooked to perfection and so tender it melted in mouth.
The spaghetti squash was one of the healthier options that the menu offers. Without sacrificing flavor or texture, this dish is the perfect light option.
Key lime pie
For dessert I couldn’t resist and had to order two of them. The traditional summer Key Lime Pie and the respberry creme brûlée. Both absolutely divine, but if I had to pick a favorite my vote goes to Key Lime.
Raspberry creme brûlée
Thank you so much ZuZu for hosting this amazing dinner experience. I can’t wait to go back and try the menu for restaurant week in September.
