This Christmas Brie recipe is the perfect holiday appetizer combining buttery brie cheese with sweet fig jam and nutty candied pecans in puff pastry.

- 1 package puff pastry shells
- 1 log Brie cheese
- ½ cup Fig jam
- ¼ cup Candied pecans
- 1 Thyme spring garnish
Bake the puff pastry shells per package instructions
1 package puff pastry shells
Slice the brie log into 1 inch thick slices and set aside
1 log Brie cheese
Allow the puff pastry to cool down, remove the tops and stuff the shells with a slice of brie, fig jam and top with the pecans
½ cup Fig jam, ¼ cup Candied pecans
With the oven TURNED OFF, return the stuffed pastry shells and allow them to warm up for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
