Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Lbs Salmon one large fillet
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 Lemon sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 375 farenheit.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Pat the salmon fillet dry and remove the bones.
  • Brush the sockeye salmon with the avocado oil and sprinkle the salt and pepper uniformly. Add the lemon wedges on top.
  • Bake in the oven until the instant-read thermometer is at 145 farenheit. It should take about 8-10 minutes depending on the salmon thickness.
  • Remove the skin from the fish if you prefer a skinless fillet and serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
