- 1.5 Lbs Salmon one large fillet
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 Lemon sliced
Preheat the oven at 375 farenheit.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Pat the salmon fillet dry and remove the bones.
Brush the sockeye salmon with the avocado oil and sprinkle the salt and pepper uniformly. Add the lemon wedges on top.
Bake in the oven until the instant-read thermometer is at 145 farenheit. It should take about 8-10 minutes depending on the salmon thickness.
Remove the skin from the fish if you prefer a skinless fillet and serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
