Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut your puff pastry in half.
Spread the Nutella on 1 half and cover with the other puff pastry half.
Cut the puff pastry into 1 inch strips. Reserve 3 strips and cut each of those in half lengthwise (½ inch each.
Roll your 1 inch strips into a circle like a cinnamon roll.
To make the ears by rolling the ½ inch strips by folding the ends towards the center of the strip. It creates a shape similar to a heart.
Add the ears to the rolled puff pastry to create the bunny shape.
Bake at 375F for about 15 minutes until the puff pastry is golden brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Add a little bit of Nutella under the M&M's to attach them to the puff pastry bunnies.
Create the bunny face with 2 M&M's of the same color for the eyes and a different color for the nose.
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
If you use a dark baking sheet, the pastries cook faster at the bottom and might burn. Use a light colored baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
