Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Bake the croissants per package instructions. About 20 mins.
Let the croissants cool down and open a slit lengthwise.
Fill the croissants with cookie dough. Close them and add more cookie dough on top.
Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes until the cookie piece on top of the croissant is lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and let them cool down for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy
Notes
Use a bread knife to make the slit in the croissants. This will help keeping their shape as intact as possible.The cookie dough should be at room temperature so it is easier to spread it in the croissants.
