1TablespoonLemon Juice

Instructions
Preheat the oven 400°F.
Place the honey in a sauce pan with the lemon juice, lemon zest and thyme
Simmer for about 10 minutes until the honey is infused with the flavors and the consistency is very liquid/thin. Let the honey bubble and caramelize slightly.
Place the feta in a baking dish with a rim. Add the honey on top of the cheese, there should be a pool of honey in the baking dish.
Bake the feta cheese with the honey for about 10 minutes. Then broil 2 minutes until the top is golden brown.
When broiling keep a watchful eye as the honey could overflow from the dish.
Carefully remove from the oven and serve immediatly.
Serve with your favorite crackers or crostini or fresh vegetables.
