Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 oz loaf of bread
  • ¼ cup butter About 55 grams
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon parsley plus more for garnish, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • 1.5 cup cheddar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Slice the bread lengthwise and reserve.

  • In a bowl combine the softened butter, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and parsley
    ¼ cup butter, 3 garlic cloves, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon sea salt, 1 tablespoon parsley
  • Spread the butter evenly on both sides of the bread and top with the cheeses.
    1 cup mozzarella, 1.5 cup cheddar
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
  • Serve and enjoy immediately.
