When cooking a whole pack of bacon, the easiest way to do it is cook it in the oven. No mess, less clean up and delicious crispy bacon every time.

  • 1 lb bacon thick-cut

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and set the oven rack in the center.
  • Line a large baking tray with aluminum foil and set a fitting wire rack on top.
  • Place the bacon strips on the wire rack as close as possible without overlapping.

  • Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes until bacon is done to your desired crispiness.
  • Carefully remove from the oven, there will be grease on the baking sheet.
  • Place the bacon on a paper-lined plate and serve immediately.
