Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and set the oven rack in the center.
Line a large baking tray with aluminum foil and set a fitting wire rack on top.
Place the bacon strips on the wire rack as close as possible without overlapping.
1 lb bacon
Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes until bacon is done to your desired crispiness.
Carefully remove from the oven, there will be grease on the baking sheet.
Place the bacon on a paper-lined plate and serve immediately.
Notes
Serving size is for 3 pieces of bacon.
