Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons sazon
  • ½ cup sofrito
  • 1 bag (28 oz) frozen fries
  • 1 cup queso blanco dip
  • 1 cup cheese grated
  • ½ cup mayo
  • ½ cup ketchup

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, over medium-high heat add the beef, sazon and sofrito.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon until the beef is cooked through.
  • Prepare the fries according to package instructions. I like to make them in the air fryer at 350F for 12-15 minutes.
  • In a bowl combine the mayo and ketchup until fully incorporated. Use a condiment bottle to store until ready to use.
  • To serve add a layer of fries, top with the cooked beef, the queso dip, shredded cheese and the pink sauce.
  • Serve and enjoy immediately.
