This Avocado Crema is the perfect sauce for fish tacos. It features avocado, sour cream, cilantro and jalapeño.

The tangy and creamy sauce with a hint of spice brings all the flavors of a fish taco together. Try it with my halibut fish tacos paired with mango salsa.
