Easy Smoked Bbq Pulled Pork Shoulder

- 10 lbs Bone-in pork shoulder
- ½ cup Liquid yellow mustard
- ½ cup BBQ rub
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup Apple juice
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
Preheat your smoker at 275F.
Prep the pork shoulder by removing almost all excess fat.
Coat the pork with mustard and add the BBQ rub until all sides are evenly covered.
Place the pork of the grates of the smoker. Spritz with the apple juice every hour to keep it mosit.
When the pork reaches 165F, remove from the smoker and place in an aluminum foil pan.
Add the butter evenly on top of the pork and cover with the brown sugar.
Place back on the smoker until internal temperature reaches 190F.
Allow the pork to rest and reabsorb its juices for about 45 minutes.
Shred the pork and add the BBQ sauce.
Serve and enjoy
