Ingredients
  

  • 3 roma tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup onion diced
  • 1 ripe mango about ¾ cup, diced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice 1 medium lime
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Dice the Roma tomatoes and the mango into small cubes.

  • Add the chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice and minced garlic.
