- 1 ripe mango about ¾ cup, diced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice 1 medium lime

Dice the Roma tomatoes and the mango into small cubes.
