- 1 cup pistachios dry roasted, unsalted
- ⅔ cup condensed milk
- ½ cup whole milk
In a food processor add the pistachios and grind them for about 8-10 minutes until a thick paste forms.

Add the condensed milk and while the food processor is still running.
⅔ cup condensed milk
Add the milk to thin out the paste until you achieve a creamy and fluid consistency.
½ cup whole milk
Store in a glass jar with a lid.
Buy unsalted, dry roasted pistachios.
Be patient, making the pistachio takes a good 10 minutes with the food processor running the entire time.
