In a bowl mix the cornstarch, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.

Toss the shrimp in the spice mix until fully coated.

In a skillet add the butter and oil on medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
1 Tablespoon Avocado oil, 1 Tablespoon Butter, 3 Garlic cloves
Add the seasoned shrimp. Cook on one side for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink.
Turn the shrimp on the other side and cook for 2 more minutes.
Remove from the heat, add the chopped parsley and the juice of half a lemon. Serve and enjoy.
