Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the oven rack in the bottom third to avoid burning the top of the ham.
In bowl whisk together the dijon mustard, chipotle tabasco (¼ cup), brown sugar, orange zest, garlic powder, onion, powder, cinnamon, cloves, salt and pepper until you form a paste.
Brush it over the ham and place it on a roasting pan with a rack.
Add the orange juice to the bottom of the roasting pan.
Place it in the oven, uncovered and bake for 15 minutes.
