This Burrata, Prosciutto and Peach Flatbread is an easy lunch idea that is packed with flavor and the best summertime ingredients.

When peaches are ripe, they are one of the best additions to both sweet and savory dishes. This flatbread happens to be one of my favorite ways to eat peaches during the summer months.
Ingredients
You will need very few prep to make these pizzas because we are leaning in some shortcut ingredients that deliver big flavor.

- Flatbread: Use a sturdy flatbread such as naan to make these pizzas. You could also use premade pizza dough or lavash bread. I used a homemade flatbread.
- Pesto: I like to use pesto as the base sauce for this pizza because it adds an herby touch that brings all the ingredients together.
- Burrata: I like to cut the burrata and scoop out the filling. I use the mozzarella casing to bake with the other toppings and add the creamy filling at the end when ready to serve these pizzas.
- Peaches: Don't worry if your peaches aren't super ripe as they will soften in the oven when we cook the pizza.
- Prosciutto: I like to add the prosciutto at the end to enjoy and appreciate its flavor and texture. I personally steer clear of cooked prosciutto.
- Basil: For garnish and to dd a pop color and freshness to the pizzas.
- Balsamic glaze: Adds tang to every bite.
Instructions
Step 1: Spread pesto
Add the pesto to the flatbread. I like to use a pastry brush for this.
Step 2: Top with peaches and cheese
Place the peaches and cheese on top. I like to leave some gaps for the burrata filling and prosciutto at the end.
Step 3: Bake pizzas
Bake until the mozzarella has melted and the peaches have softened.
Step 4: Garnish
Add the burrata filling, prosciutto ribbons and a drizzle of balsamic glaze and finish with fresh basil.

Serving suggestions
These flatbreads are perfect for a quick lunch. You could add a simple caesar salad or arugula with lemon and have a well rounded meal.
These pizzas are so versatile that you can add your own spin and substitute ingredients as needed.
