If you have been following my food adventures for a while, you know I love brunch. Easter Brunch is a must every year and I want to tell you what's my top pick for Easter brunch this year in Scottsdale.
Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa has impressed me with the quality of their food offerings; their monthly wine dinner series, the Wine Me Dine Me experience, their regular brunch menu. Everything I have had at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale has been outstanding.
So when they sent the press release for their Easter Brunch, I knew it would be one of the best events in town. So if you are still looking for brunch plans for this upcoming Sunday, make your reservations with Hyatt Regency. Here is what they will have in store for you.
The Spread
The 2018 Easter Brunch at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa, will include a buffet from SWB featuring an amazing selection of food including southwest Eggs Florentine, Brioche French Toast, Soups and assorted Salads, Chilled Alaskan King Crab Legs, Jumbo Shrimp, Mussels on the Half-Shell, Smoked Scottish Salmon with traditional accompaniments and assorted Sushi and Pastas. From the carving station, there will be Bone-In Virginia Ham, Prime Rib of Beef and Apple Brined Pork Loin, all topped off with a lavish Viennese Dessert Table.
The food at all the events I have been to at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale has been beyond amazing, I am certain that this brunch will be epic. Not only food will be amazing but there are lots of fun activities planned for the kids.
Fun for kids
They will also have a kids buffet that will include all the items that kids love to eat. Children under 5 get a free buffet with the purchase of an adult brunch. They will also have an Easter egg hunt, a “larger-than-life” Easter egg, home to a live bunny, a very special petting zoo.
