This super easy s’mores pies are ready in less than 15 minutes and are the perfect summer treat.
I love making s’mores by a fire-pit or in our grill by the pool, but when it’s too hot outside or we just want something quick, these are perfect.
Ingredients for S’more pies
The ingredients needed are super easy to find. You need graham cracker pie crust, chocolate and marshmallows.
We decided to make this mini pies so they were easier to eat and less messy. The kids loved them for 4th of July and they were the perfect no-fuss dessert.
Oven or Airfryer friendly
The best thing about this dessert is that it can be made in the oven or the airfryer.
I made these batch in the oven in under 10 minutes and then realized that I could have used my air fryer. They cooked quickly and I didn’t need to heat up the whole house.
If you have a blow torch you can also use it. I would melt the chocolate in the cup first (1st layer) and then toast the marshmallow layer at the top.
How to assemble the mini pies
I started with a layer of chocolate and then topped it with a layer of mini marshmallows. After I cooked them I decided to add another piece of chocolate at the top that melted quickly over the hot marshmallows.
When baking these, don’t go over 4-5 minutes, otherwise your marshmallows will get crunchy.
These are going to be on repeat for us all summer! I want to make these again and top them with some fresh fruit, strawberries would be yummy and give these treats a healthy spin.

- 6 mini graham cracker crust pies
- 3 chocolate bars
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- pre heat the oven to 275
- get your mini pie crusts and start layering them with pieces of chocolate
- Add the layer of mini marshmallows
- Bake for 4-5 minutes
- Add a piece of chocolate on top and enjoy
